Delivery: About the Mule

When site access is limited and our typical delivery services won’t do, our expert delivery team may use a very specialized tool to navigate your building to its pad. This tool is called the mule! This specially designed piece of equipment makes light work of moving and maneuvering our buildings. Our truck and trailer without a building weighs approximately 25,000 lbs while the mule only weighs 1,700 lbs. This makes it an ideal option for moving your building over sensitive ground.

While you may catch a glimpse of it in action at one of our three sales locations, it is most frequently out on delivery. If it is required for installation on your site rates start at $150.
